It is our vision and philosophy to combine the key elements of our industry for a unique experience — a premium relaxed vibe with friendly service, a diverse range of products, and ongoing education.

Raw Edge is a spacious and thriving salon situated in the heart of Northcote. Our large salon houses all things hair and beauty, with a friendly, welcoming vibe from the moment you step through our High Street door.

The Experience

At Raw Edge, a colour appointment is an afternoon, not a transaction. While your foils develop, a printed refreshments menu is yours to browse — English Breakfast, Chamomile, Green & Mint teas; lattes and cappuccinos; white, red or bubbly wine.

Our bright, light-filled salon on High Street Northcote has a receding row of black-framed mirrors, white-tiled floors, and an easy atmosphere that makes it as comfortable for a quick fringe trim as it is for a full balayage journey.

Anna's journey in our space is a special one. Starting out as a first-year apprentice and evolving to stylist, manager and then owner of Raw Edge Hair and Beauty, she is part of the furniture having been here for over 19 years. Anna is the personality of the salon.
